Alternation of the applied standards for the PVC insulated electric wires 

Since October 1, 2009 CADIVI applies the TCVN 6610 (equal to IEC 60227) for the PVC insulated electric wires (including VC, VCm, VCmd, VCmx, VCmt, VCmo, VCmod) instead of the previous TCVN 2103:1994 standards
