Instructions for using CADIVI’s cables in bulding or house
I SOURCE OF POWER SUPPLYING FOR HOUSING:
1. One phase power source: (2 wires: 1 phase line & 1 neutral/ground line)
Voltage: 220V; frequency: 50 Hz.
2. Three phase power source: (4 wires: 3 phase lines & 1 neutral/ground line)
Voltage: 220V/380V; frequency: 50 Hz.
II SOME POPULAR WAYS TO WIRE FOR CONSTRUCTIONS
1. Opening wiring: electric wires and cables are passed through round or flat pipelines and fixed on the walls or ceillings.
2. Embedded wiring: electric wires and cables are passed through plastic pipelines (smooth lines for straight wiring or corrugated tube when corner wiring) and embeded in the walls, ceillings or floors. The pipelines must be hard, heavy-duty and anti-leakage.
3. Buried wiring: for the peripheral items (gardens, garages, swimming pools, rock gardens…) electric wire and cable are passed through hard pipelines, heavy-duty, anti-leakage and buried in the ground.
NOTE:
• Housing main lines should be distributed into several branches so that it is easy for fixing within each area.
• Phase lines of the same distribution lines should have the same colors (for example red).
• Phase lines of different distribution lines should have different colors (for example phase lines of distribution line 1 are red, phase lines of distribution line 2 are yellow… etc…).
• Neutral/ground lines should be green-yellow insulation.
• For your safety, you can ground-wire with green-yellow insulation to the ground rod.
• CADIVI’s wire and cable have various colors so it is easy to execute the work.
• When passing through in pipelines, the volumes of wires must be <75% in comparison with the pipelines area.
• Wiring in a dry area with a temperature not over 700C.
• The connections of the wires must be tight to avoid high temperature while transmitting power. |
